Job summary

AHN Healthcare@Home in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Hospice Clinical Educator to partner with the Sr. VP of Operations and lead staff education, orientation, and competencies across divisions in alignment with Medicare CoPs and CHAP standards.

You will develop ongoing clinical training content, coordinate agency orientation, assist with documentation, and support continuous improvement while meeting regulatory requirements and company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or BSN with current state license.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or health care-related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Hospice Education; CPR Instructor-certified or ability to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Agency orientation for clinical staff in collaboration with Human Resources.
• Develop and coordinate ongoing staff development and clinical training content.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare CoPs, CHAP standards, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate staff meetings, in-services, and field staff conference calls.
• Assist with documentation improvement and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform field visits and support agency program development.
