Job summary

CoreMedical Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services (ADCS) for a growing hospice organization in Cottonwood, AZ. The role offers flexible scheduling with primarily remote weekend leadership responsibilities and the opportunity to influence high-quality end-of-life care.

You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate patient care, working closely with the Director of Clinical Services to advance hospice services.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license.
• Minimum 2 years hospice experience.
• Supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations.
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and support interdisciplinary teams.
• Reliable transportation for occasional patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Support daily hospice clinical operations.
• Lead, coach, and mentor interdisciplinary staff.
• Coordinate patient care, staffing, and scheduling.
• Ensure hospice regulatory compliance.
• Drive quality assurance and performance improvement.
• Provide weekend clinical oversight and staff support.
• Conduct patient visits when clinically necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians and community partners.
