You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate patient care, working closely with the Director of Clinical Services to advance hospice services.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license.
• Minimum 2 years hospice experience.
• Supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations.
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and support interdisciplinary teams.
• Reliable transportation for occasional patient visits.
