Ennoble Care is seeking a Hospice Clinical Director to coordinate and manage patient care in the Philadelphia region. The role guides clinical staff, ensures Medicare, State, and ACHC regulations compliance, and supports the Executive Director in achieving quality objectives.

You will supervise nursing and health aide staff, participate in QAPI activities, and ensure effective delivery of home hospice services. Travel to patient homes is required as part of supervision.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed by the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in home hospice or skilled home care; hospice preferred.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and ACHC standards.
• Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates self-confidence and enthusiasm to achieve goals.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical personnel.
• Provide supervision and guidance to clinical staff to ensure service quality and standards.
• Gather data for QAPI and participate in QAPI activities.
• Appraise clinical staff performance and provide teaching for professional development.
• Identify patient needs, review intake forms, and assist with orientation of new staff.
