Job summary

Ennoble Care in the United States is seeking a Director of Compliance to lead the hospice regulatory program across multiple markets. You will guide audit governance and policy management to ensure adherence to CMS requirements and state licenses.

This role partners with the VP of Compliance and Quality to translate strategy into actionable initiatives, oversee investigations, corrective actions, and incident oversight within a growing home health and hospice service provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Clinical background in hospice or home health required.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare compliance experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Knowledge of Medicare hospice CoPs, state licensing, CMS audits (TPE, CERT, UPIC).
• Experience developing corrective action plans and policy governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hospice compliance strategy with senior leadership.
• Monitor regulatory changes across markets; assess impact.
• Ensure compliance with CoPs, licensing, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee Clinical Compliance and Audit functions and plan.
• Translate audit findings into education for staff.
