Job summary

Infinity Hospice Care is seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director to lead the overall operations, growth, quality, and performance of our hospice program. This role requires building strong teams, improving operations, and delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining financial health.

You will work closely with clinical and executive leadership to ensure regulatory readiness, staff development, and sustained growth across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years hospice supervisory or management experience.
• Experience supervising professional and administrative staff; budgeting and operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospice program.
• Partner with Clinical Director to ensure staffing, resources, and patient care excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, and resource utilization.
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement and goal achievement.
• Support QAPI, compliance, quality metrics, and regulatory readiness.
• Ensure policies and clinical standards are implemented across the organization.
• Build relationships with patients, families, physicians, employees, vendors, and partners.
