Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biblical studies, theology, counseling, psychology, social work, or related degree.
• Minimum of one year of experience providing spiritual care, chaplaincy, pastoral care, or counseling in a healthcare or hospice setting.
• Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual care to patients and families facing end-of-life issues.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers who support hospice patients and families.
