Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual care and support to patients and families facing end-of-life issues.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers who support hospice patients and families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support spiritual and emotional needs of patients and families.
• Support community outreach and education related to hospice and spiritual care.
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to spiritual care and volunteer activities.
