As a Hospice Chaplain / Volunteer Coordinator in this dual role , you’ll provide compassionate spiritual support to patients and families while also recruiting, training, and supporting hospice volunteers.
You’ll provide spiritual assessment and support, rituals and ceremonies, bereavement support, and interdisciplinary collaboration while coordinating volunteer recruitment, training, placement, and supervision. You’ll also support patient and family services, community outreach, education, and engagement.
