The role emphasizes bereavement support, community engagement, and adherence to Enhabit policies while delivering comfort and dignity at end of life.

Qualifications

• Ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement to function in pastoral capacity.
• Experience working with patients and families facing life-threatening illness and death.
• Basic technology skills, including use of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program and the delivery of spiritual services to patients and their families.
• Provide support to the bereavement program with spiritual support aligned to patient beliefs and Enhabit policies.
