Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Chaplain to join the interdisciplinary team. You will provide direct spiritual support to patients and families, collaborate with staff and community, and contribute to bereavement follow-up services.

The role requires ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement and experience with end-of-life care, with responsibilities including charting and participation in liturgical services as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be ordained or endorsed to function in pastoral capacity.
• Experience with patients and families facing life-threatening illness and death.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct spiritual support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with staff, clergy, and community to address spiritual needs and report as needed.
• Offer consultation and education to patients, families and team members.
