Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Chaplain to implement and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program, delivering compassionate spiritual care to patients and families in home health settings.

The role requires ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement, experience with life-threatening illness, and basic technology skills. Training in clinical pastoral education is preferred, with state-specific CPE requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be ordained or ecclesiastical endorsed to function in pastoral capacity.
• Experience working with patients and families dealing with life-threatening illness and death.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including use of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program and deliver spiritual care to patients and families.
• Provide support to bereavement programs, in line with Enhabit policies.
