Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a qualified chaplain to coordinate spiritual services in home-based care. You will support patients and families, contribute to bereavement efforts, and promote a compassionate care environment consistent with Enhabit policies.

The role requires ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement, basic technology skills, and a valid driver license. Training in clinical pastoral education is preferred, with state-specific CPE requirements noted.

Qualifications

• Must be ordained or endorsed by denomination to function in pastoral capacity.
• Experience with patients and families facing life‑threatening illness and death.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program.
• Provide spiritual support to patients and their families and assist the bereavement program as needed.
