Qualificações

• Hospice-trained chaplain or spiritual counselor with IDT experience.
• Bereavement support experience for families required.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Explain hospice services and Medicare benefits to patients and families.
• Maintain comprehensive care plans reflecting problems, goals and interventions.
• Coordinate spiritual care with IDT and other chaplains.
• Deliver bereavement programs for patients and bereaved families for at least one year.
