Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified chaplain to implement and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program and to deliver compassionate spiritual care to patients and their families, including bereavement support, in home-based settings across Georgia.

Requirements include ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement, demonstrated experience with patients facing life-threatening illness and death, basic technology skills (mobile devices), and state-specific education

Qualifications

• Must be ordained or have ecclesiastical endorsement to function in pastoral capacity.
• Demonstrated experience with patients and families dealing with life-threatening illness and death.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Training in clinical pastoral education may be considered in lieu of ordination or endorsement.
• Georgia/Illinois/Missouri state CPE requirements may apply and vary by location.
• Must possess a valid state driver license and reliable transportation.
