Job summary

Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate patient care under the Nursing Leadership Team. You will collaborate with Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers and Aide Leadership to meet patient needs and promote comfort and dignity.

The role requires current CNA certification in the state(s) of practice, willingness to travel, and the ability to work independently within a supportive care team. Competitive pay and growth opportunities offered.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works under the direction of the Nursing Leadership Team to provide compassionate care to assigned hospice patients in accordance with their assessments and individualized care plans. The CNA collaborates with the hospice care team to meet patient needs, promote comfort and dignity, and report changes in condition. The CNA follows all Company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and infection-control practices.
