Job summary

Bristol Hospice seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients in our Southern DuPage/Cook/Kane/Will counties coverage area. You will work under RN supervision delivering personal care, comfort, and compassionate support from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates have CNA credentials, CPR, and ideally 1 year of hospice or community health experience. A valid driver’s license and background check are required, and we offer competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with active credentials.
• Prefer 1 year of community health, hospice, or medical/surgical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background check prior to hire and annually thereafter.
• Licensed driver with automobile and valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and attend to patient requests under supervision.
• Meet safety needs and use equipment safely in the home.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal support.
• Document care activities and report changes to the Case Manager.
