Bristol Hospice is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide in Burr Ridge, IL. Full-time position with a salary range of $19.00 - $26.00 hourly, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Bristol Hospice values the dignity and respect of every person.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Preferred to have one year experience in community health/hospice or medical/surgical environments.
• Must have current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs and communicate with patients respectfully.
• Monitor and report on patient condition to the Case Manager.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and ensure patient safety.
