Job summary

Bristol Hospice in Illinois is seeking an experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our patient-focused team. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing personal care and companionship during home visits.

Responsibilities include baths, grooming, meal assistance, light housekeeping, and documentation of care plans. A valid CNA license, CPR, and a clean driving record are required; California rule is irrelevant in IL.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA in good standing.
• CA residents require an HHA certification (if applicable).
• Prefer 1 year in hospice or medical/surgical settings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Willing to undergo criminal background check and maintain CPR certification.
