Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for hospice care in Milford, PA. Earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus and join an autonomiaous, patient-centered team serving patients at home.

You’ll deliver hands-on care, assist with ADLs, and document care in the EMR while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and quality of life for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certificate in the state of employment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel ~20% of the day.

• Respond promptly to patient needs with empathy and attentiveness and accurately document care provided in the EMR

CNA Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state you work
• High School Diploma or certificate
