Residential Home Health and Hospice in Evanston, IL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home hospice care. You will support patients with ADLs, document care in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

CNA Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state you work
• High School Diploma or certificate

• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
