You will maintain patient records, manage calls and visitors, and assist scheduling, admissions, and HR tasks to keep the hospice operations smooth and compliant.

Two years in healthcare administration is preferred; familiarity with HCHB and standard office software is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years in administrative healthcare work, preferably hospice/home health.
• Ability to maintain orderly files, supplies, and office systems.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication with patients, families, and staff.

• Support HR functions like maintaining employee records.
• Ensure compliance with hospice policies and Medicare regulations.
