AccentCare is hiring a Hospice Care Consultant to connect patients and families with compassionate hospice services. Base pay ranges from $70,500 to $110,000, with monthly bonuses and mileage; full-time role in California.

You will build relationships with healthcare providers, educate referral sources, and drive timely, quality care while collaborating with clinical and admissions teams. This role emphasizes ethics, ongoing learning, and community outreach.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of proven experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs and community orgs via in-person visits and education.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing current relationships and identifying new referral opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and in-services to educate partners on hospice benefits and eligibility.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to create thoughtful outreach plans.
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure referrals transition smoothly into care.
• Participate in training and maintain confidentiality and ethics.
