Bristol Hospice is seeking a Care Consultant (Hospice Liaison) in the Eugene area to build and strengthen relationships with referral sources. You will travel within the Bristol Hospice service area, meeting with providers and presenting our hospice offerings to connect patients and families with care.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare or sales background, strong relationship skills, and a passion for end-of-life care. The role includes mileage reimbursement and competitive incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Build relationships with referral sources such as assisted living facilities, hospitals, physician offices.
• Out in the community daily, representing Bristol Hospice.
• Deliver impactful presentations to current and prospective referral sources.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless care.
• Explain hospice care to patients and families.
