Job summary

Bristol Hospice is seeking a Care Consultant (Hospice Liaison) to build trusted relationships with referral sources and connect patients and families with high-quality end-of-life care. You will travel throughout the Bristol Hospice service area, using your vehicle with mileage reimbursement, and engage with facilities, physicians, and community partners.

The role combines outreach, education, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure seamless, compassionate care for patients and families

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, marketing, or professional relations.
• Experience in healthcare/hospice sales is a plus.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area and work evenings/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with family, patients, and referral sources.
• Present hospice services to hospitals, physicians, and senior care facilities.
• Travel daily across Jackson, Josephine, and Douglas counties.
• Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless care.
• Represent Bristol Hospice in the community with integrity and professionalism.
