Job summary

Bristol Hospice is seeking a Care Consultant (Hospice Liaison) to build relationships with referral sources and connect patients and families with compassionate end‑of‑life care. You will travel throughout the service area using your own vehicle and present our services in hospitals, clinics and community settings.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales or marketing, strong communication, and the ability to educate stakeholders on hospice care. Travel and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales, marketing, professional relations experience.
• Experience in hospice sales, home health sales, medical device sales, or clinical liaison is a plus.
• Flexible with scheduling including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with referral sources in assisted living facilities, hospitals, physician offices, and community settings.
• Be the face of Bristol Hospice in the community and deliver outreach presentations.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless care.
• Educate patients, families, and partners about hospice services and eligibility.
