Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years healthcare sales experience, home care experience and/or clinical background preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship development skills.
• Computer efficient with Microsoft Office Suite; OH driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Act as Account Executive for Mount Carmel Hospice and referral sources.
• Coordinate care across departments to ensure safe transitions to home.
• Process referrals and increase market share to achieve forecast.
