Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide bereavement services program development and supervision
• Manage bereavement services program with professional staff and volunteers
• Develop new bereavement programs and educational materials for patients/families and the community
• Participate in Hospice educational programs
• Design materials for distribution to families eligible for bereavement services
• Plan, implement and supervise bereavement group events
• Oversee bereavement follow-up by care staff and volunteers
• Attend IDG conference related to bereavement risk assessment and follow up
