Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Manager of Supportive Care Services to lead and coordinate psychosocial, spiritual, and bereavement programs within our hospice. This role supervises Social Work, Pastoral and Bereavement Services and ensures alignment with the interdisciplinary hospice model of care for integrated patient and family support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) required.
• LCSW/LSW licensure or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical social work experience.
• Ability to lead and coordinate psychosocial and bereavement services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Social Work, Pastoral and Bereavement Services and ensure integration into the hospice model.
• Provide leadership, oversight, and coordination across the hospice program.
• Partner with the Hospice Nurse Manager to align operational and clinical leadership.
