Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of Home Health and Hospice services in the Payson area.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, facilities, hospitals, case managers, and community partners.
• Support clinical excellence and operational growth initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff.
• Help grow and eventually lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists, support staff, and transport/DME technicians.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for market expansion.
