We are seeking an experienced and motivated healthcare professional to help expand our Aegis Healthcare Home Health and Hospice presence in the Payson area. What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of home health & hospice experience
• 1-3 years of healthcare administrative or operational leadership experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience building referral relationships within the community
• Existing professional contacts in the Payson healthcare market preferred
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to grow services strategically
• Passion for patient-centered care and supporting families during critical times

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of Home Health and Hospice services in the Payson area
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, facilities, hospitals, case managers, and community partners
• Support clinical excellence and operational growth initiatives
• Assist in recruiting, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff
• Help grow and eventually lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including nurses, therapists, support staff, and transport/DME technicians
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for market expansion
• Represent the organization professionally within the community
• Promote compassionate, high-quality patient care aligned with our mission and values
