Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Hospice Aide in Danvers, MA for weekend Baylor shifts (Sat & Sun, 8a-8p). You will provide compassionate personal care, assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, meals, and basic medications cues, while maintaining a safe home environment and reporting patient status to the nurse.

Qualifications

• Must hold MA CNA certification or HHA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and homemaker services.

• Assist with toilet care and transfers using safe techniques.
• Monitor and document patient status and vital signs.
• Assist with meals, medication cues, and safety at home.
• Maintain clean, safe home environment and report changes.
