Job summary

Health Advocates Network is urgently recruiting a Home Health Aide (CNA/CHHA) for a potential strike in Northern California. The position offers 12-hour shifts, 36 hours guaranteed per week, with anticipated start date in October 2026.

Qualified applicants must have a Home Health Aide credential, at least 1 year of recent experience, CA CNA/CHHA license, SSN and DOB, and no more than 180 days of work history gaps. We provide premium strike pay, per diem, airfare, hotel and transportation.
