Health Advocates Network, Inc. is urgently recruiting a Physical Therapist for Home Health in Northern CA.

This position offers a 36-hour guaranteed work week, with 12-hour shifts, and a minimum weekly pay of $4,830. An anticipated start date is October 2026 (within 10 days' notice). The role includes premium strike pay rates, daily per diem, round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and transportation to the assignment and airport.
