Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) for Hospice in Miami, FL. This full-time on-site role requires active RN licensure, hospice/home health experience, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

The schedule includes 7 days on/7 days off with night shifts, and coverage for Dade County. The candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, be able to lift up to 200 lbs with assistance, and operate EMR systems and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR certification recommended/required for direct patient care.
• Experience in hospice, home health, medical-surgical, geriatrics or pediatrics preferred.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Maintain timely documentation; update care plans reflecting patient status and coordinate resource use.
