Compassus is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant to grow market share by building strong relationships with providers and expanding the patient referral network. You will drive admissions through a consultative approach, covering a defined book of business and meeting weekly growth goals, while navigating emotionally sensitive conversations with patients and families.

You will work with hospitals, clinics, and home health partners, delivering education and support to clinical staff and leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience in relevant roles.
• Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals and growing accounts.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills that drive growth.

Responsabilités

• Grow the assigned book of business by opening and expanding accounts.
• Secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators and partner with operations.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals and drive productivity with tenure-based expectations.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with referral sources using a consultative sales approach.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy to patients and families during sensitive times.
• Be willing to work outside standard hours to ensure timely patient support.
• Gather feedback from referral sources and relay insights to operations for improvement.
• Adapt to changing business priorities and market dynamics as needed.
• Provide clinical training and education to referral partners about hospice care.
