In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the hospice department, serving as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and inquiries and ensuring prompt, professional response and appropriate routing. Provides clerical and administrative support to the department, demonstrating strong initiative, sound judgment, and discretion in managing complex, sensitive, and confidential responsibilities within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsible for scheduling hospice aides.
