Jobtailor is seeking a detail-driven professional to support Revenue Cycle Management operations and ensure SOX 404 compliance. You will manage AR and DSO metrics, work with EMR systems, and collaborate with field leadership to resolve payer issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum six (6) month prior healthcare insurance experience.
  • Computer literate and able to type, file, and maintain audit records.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel formulas and features.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must adhere to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.
  • Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 pounds.
  • Prolonged walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.
  • Must be able to sit and climb stairs.
  • Must have visual and hearing acuity.
  • Must comply with applicable health‑related requirements, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to applicable exemptions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage market-specific performance metrics for Revenue Cycle Management procedures.
  • Ensure timely documentation from internal field stakeholders.
  • Review monthly non-billable data for missing documentation.
  • Apply changes within the EMR system.
  • Communicate status and updates with field leadership and area VPs.
  • Maintain current accounts receivable and DSO at acceptable levels.
  • Achieve quarterly cash goals.
  • Inform supervisors and branch personnel about significant payer or processing issues.
  • Submit accurate and timely adjustments.
  • Coordinate with the Biller to refile claims or bill secondary insurance promptly.
  • Apply payer‑specific claim submission requirements.
  • Understand and enforce SOX 404 controls.
  • Review and respond to payer correspondence.
  • Address denials accurately and promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Evaluate data, reports, feedback, observations, and other information to determine priorities.
  • Resolve problems using prior knowledge and industry‑specific historical experience.
  • Complete assignments professionally and with urgency.
  • Use professional communication and conflict‑resolution techniques.
  • Reflect the company mission, values, and strategic imperatives in completing and assigning work.
