Your Role: Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the face of Elara Caring in your community. In this outside sales role, your primary mission is to generate admissions, increase patient census, and establish Elara as the provider of choice within your designated territory.

You’ll collaborate closely with a range of healthcare professionals to connect eligible patients and families with high-quality, in-home care. By positioning our clinical programs and outcomes, you’ll help improve lives while achieving your business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive referral growth and admissions within your assigned territory
  • Cultivate strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare partners
  • Position Elara’s clinical programs and outcomes to demonstrate value and build trust
  • Represent Elara with professionalism, credibility, and empathy
  • Identify decision-makers and develop strategies to convert referrals into admissions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance metrics
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and outstanding care delivery

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Experience in post-acute care, home health, hospice, or DME sales highly desirable
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed independently and within a team
  • Clear understanding of healthcare referral decision-making processes
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to tailor solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact with healthcare professionals at all levels
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and enthusiastic team player
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
