Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a High Production Hose Assembly associate in Dayton, OH. This full-time role involves cutting hoses, measuring materials, and assembling fittings for high-volume production.

The position emphasizes mechanical aptitude, precision, and speed in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility for benefits is included as part of the Express Associates program.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience.
• Experience using a tape measure.
• Strong dexterity and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a high-production, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Cut hose and protective sleeves to specified lengths.
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.
• Assemble brass fittings and preassembled spray guns onto hoses.
• Apply safety labels and prepare completed assemblies for packaging.
• Package finished hose assemblies for shipment.
• Maintain a fast pace while producing 350+ hose assemblies per day.

• Must be able to successfully complete a dexterity test
