Job summary

Cross Company is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Hose Fabrication Associate to join our Greensboro facility. You will fabricate hydraulic hose assemblies in a high production setting, receive, stock, pick and ship inventory, and use Cross operating systems to ensure accurate and timely customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of industry experience or 3–5 years in a mechanical environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years industry-related experience or 3-5 years in a mechanical environment.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Operation of basic shop tools & equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate hydraulic hose assemblies from work orders, following certification requirements.
• Immediately report discrepancies to the bill of material and order entry personnel.
• Exhibit teamwork to meet division goals and communicate issues effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow OSHA requirements.
• Support timely quality and delivery goals for the department.
