Job summary

TCH Industries, Inc. & TCH Koehler LLC in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Production Associate to build hose assemblies and related components.

You will read work orders, verify fittings and dimensions, and contribute to a high-quality output with a collaborative team. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with hose assemblies or a hands-on fabrication background, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with production equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year hands-on experience with hose assemblies or similar industrial products preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, specs, and drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial, hydraulic, and/or metal hose assemblies per customer specs and work orders.
• Read and interpret work orders, assembly drawings, and specification sheets.
• Operate production equipment including crimping machines, cutting equipment, and related tooling.
• Perform quality inspections to verify dimensions, fittings, and specs.
• Identify and communicate defects or out-of-spec materials to quality or supervisory staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace.
• Accurately complete production logs, traveler documents, and related records.
• Support teammates and participate in cross-training across production areas.
