Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year of relevant work experience may substitute for each year of education.
• 2+ years’ transportation industry experience required, preferably in a Safety setting.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus.

• Oversee HOS compliance team, providing direction and support.
• Participate in recruitment, selection and onboarding of new team members.
• Conduct performance reviews for HOS staff, set goals and provide feedback.
• Update Safety reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Oversee daily operations with personnel issues and training.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSR requirements and Company Policies.
• Audit applicable areas to ensure employee adherence to policies.
