Job summary

Turn 14 Distribution is hiring an Accounts Payable Supervisor in Horsham, PA. The onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and leads the AP team to ensure accurate invoicing, payments, and month-end closes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 5 years in accounts payable with supervisory experience, plus strong Excel, SAP, and Turn14 Apps proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in accounts payable or similar role with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, internal controls, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support.
• Review and approve extraordinary invoices for accuracy, coding, and proper authorization.
• Coordinate and execute payment processes based on the established payment schedule.
• Audit vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensure timely month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Monitor and analyze accounts payable processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present accounts payable reports to management.
• Assist with the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support company operations.
• Provide support for internal and external audits as needed.
• Mentor and train accounts payable staff on best practices and procedures.

Position Overview
