Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC in the Fort Worth area seeks a Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) to work with a physician director in a fast-paced hormone replacement and weight management program. You will support patient care across multiple Arlington, Mansfield, Fort Worth, Southlake, and Alliance locations, coordinating with leadership to deliver personalized wellness protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing.
• Current DEA license is a requirement.
• Willing to float between Arlington, Mansfield, Fort Worth, Southlake and Alliance locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care of patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness.
• Work with a physician medical director and the Center Director to manage clinic operations.
• Manage staff and operations at the location, leveraging technology to support care.
