Job summary

National Guard is seeking Horizontal Construction Engineers to support Army project sites. You’ll operate bulldozers, roadgraders, and other heavy equipment to clear, level, and prepare areas for construction.

You will learn to level earth for runways and roadbeds, clear and excavate areas, and assist with combat engineer missions. Training includes Basic and Advanced Individual Training with paid tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating bulldozers, roadgraders, and other heavy construction equipment.
• Ability to level earth for runways and roadbeds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the information on grade stakes and placing them.
• Cut and spread fill material with scraper.
