This full-time position requires a passionate individual to assist clients in achieving stable living environments and supporting their engagement in HIV care. Responsibilities include administering housing assistance and providing critical support services.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree or relevant experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include affordable health coverage, generous PTO, and a retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid PA driver’s license and a registered vehicle required.
• Ability to independently complete assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Housing Rental Assistance and Non-Medical Case Management.
• Provide Information and Referral Services.
• Assist clients to maintain stable living environments related to HIV care.
