Job summary

Responsibilities

• Unload and load pellets into the hopper to meet production needs and product specifications.
• Inspect product quality and packaging and report issues to supervisor.
• Accurately record production data in the system.
• Communicate when production supplies are needed.
• Cover for teammates during breaks or absences as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a zero-accident culture.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to improve processes.
• Ensure Food Safety programs are followed and report issues to management.
• Assist with additional tasks to support team goals.
