You will recruit participants, assess their skills, and guide them toward jobs that fit their interests, while maintaining detailed activity records. You will develop relationships with schools, state agencies, parents, students, and employers; coordinate transportation; and provide ongoing support to ensure successful job placements and vocational

Qualifikationen

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in qualifying work experience.
• School-to-work transition experience desirable.
• Case management or employment support experience a plus.
• Able to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Recruit and enroll an appropriate caseload of participants.
• Assess skills, interests, and experience of each participant.
• Identify barriers to employment and create practical strategies.
• Develop employer relationships to match job objectives.
• Maintain participant files and records accurately and timely.
• Coordinate transportation and other supports as needed.
• Provide support and guidance to youth and employers to ensure placement success.
