Job summary

Community Action Pioneer Valley in Northampton, MA, seeks a full-time Youth and Young Adult Career Navigator (37.5 hours/week) to support youth aged 14-22 engaged with the Department of Youth Services. You will provide case management, assist with job readiness, and connect participants to employment opportunities in a trauma-informed, restorative-justice framework.

• Provide case management, job readiness, and employment opportunities to youth aged 14-22.
• Work one-on-one with youth involved with the Department of Youth Services.
• Pass CORI and background check; maintain a safe driving record.
